Key Achievements

Cyber Recovery Architecture

Spearheaded end-to-end implementation of cyber recovery architecture. Deployed mixed hardware/software solution for protecting vital and critical business application data in cyber recovery offline repositories. Managed stakeholders and requirements from steering committee with board members, C-level executives and security organizations.

Zero-Downtime OS Migration

Led zero-downtime OS migration of 150+ global enterprise backup and storage utility servers. New agreements with OS vendors required migration from Oracle Enterprise Linux to RedHat Enterprise Linux ahead of contract deadline, employing extensive CICD automation for staging, configuration and validation.

Agile Transformation

Launched Agile transformation for a 10-person cross-functional DevOps team supporting an internal storage management application, doubling feature delivery velocity and strengthening team accountability. Managed releases until moving towards CICD delivery. Leveraged Microsoft Azure DevOps with a Kanban methodology.

Full-Cycle Application Owner

Full-cycle application owner for 16 storage management applications simultaneously for global enterprise data centers, regional hosting centers and manufacturing sites. Architecture documentation, deployment, availability, security remediation, configuration management, IAM configuration, technical debt and firewall rule management. While maintaining full compliance with PCI, PPI, SPI, security policies, and enterprise architecture standards.
